By the way the system we use is with tools allowed and authorized by Twitter, just in case sometimes there are confusions, but I guess there is so much information out there about Twitter and many people like us using different strategies. Even been suspended on Twitter is not surprise to anyone on the business, even large businesses doing Social Media Marketing have suffered this problem, but the technical support of Twitter is very useful so if you ever have that problem contacting Twitter is the best option.
