Why WhizKid Secrets exists
Most people who want to use AI well aren't short on curiosity — they're short on a clear starting point. There's no shortage of hype about what AI can do, and not nearly enough practical, honest instruction on how to actually do it: how to write a prompt that gets you a useful answer, how to chain a few tools together into something that saves real time, or how to tell the difference between what AI can genuinely do today and what's still speculation.
WhizKid Secrets exists to close that gap. We write for people who are new to this — no assumed technical background, no jargon left unexplained.

The site is organized around six areas, each one answering a different kind of question:

How we approach AI topics
AI changes fast, and a lot of writing about it either overhypes what's possible or buries the useful parts under jargon. We try to do neither. When something is a demonstrated capability, we'll say so plainly. When something is a prediction, an industry debate, or genuinely uncertain, we'll say that too, instead of presenting speculation as settled fact.
Where we are right now
WhizKid Secrets is in its early stages. We're building out the guide library one real article at a time rather than publishing filler to look more complete than we are — if a section says "coming soon," that's the honest state of it, not a placeholder dressed up as finished content. The same goes for the free AI Smart Start Kit and the WhizKid AI Quickstart course: both are being built for real, and we'd rather tell you they're in progress than pretend they're ready before they are.
